The selected maker panels explicitly show £9.99, £3.49 and £2.99 ex VAT. The page also has a VAT display toggle. The site preserves the basis actually observed rather than silently treating those figures as final consumer totals. The three single-roll merchandise subtotal is £16.47 ex VAT.
Choose one consistent basis
A VAT-inclusive quote from another seller cannot be compared directly with one of these ex VAT tickets as if the lower figure were the complete payable amount. Establish what each quote includes. The calculator does not automatically add a presumed VAT rate or reverse-engineer tax from a mixed basket.
Example of confirmed charges
If a buyer enters a confirmed £4.99 delivery charge and £1.25 additional tax as a hypothetical arithmetic test, those entries are kept separate from merchandise. They are not a claim about the maker’s actual delivery tariff or VAT calculation. Blank charge fields leave the full total unresolved.
